Applications are submitted one of two ways.  Either by printing the form, filling it out and mailing it in with your payment. Or by contacting us through email to arrange for electronic placement and payment.

If you wish to submit your ad through the US Mail, then please go to the application form page and print the form, fill it out completely & mailing it to us with your payment.  The fee is only $20 for 12 months.
