2) Description of yourself described by you

3) Your name, address, sex, race, age, religion, DOC number, conviction, release date, education level, occupation, activities while incarcerated and what sex you would like letters from.

You decide what goes on the page as long as all information is true and properly worded. We are offering a venue for the whole world to see your information and decide if they wish to write you. Total cost is only $20.00 for 12 months.

Special Notes:

1. You must notify us of any and all address changes. If it is reported that letters are being returned your ad may be removed and deleted. All address changes & corrections to your ad are free. However, if you want to change your photo(s) and/or rewrite your ad during the 12 month period there will be an additional $5 charge. Please try and keep your ad under 250 words. A photo is highly recommended. The original photo(s) will be returned along with confirmation of your ad being posted. In prisons that allow us to do so, we will send you a print out of the ad as it appears on the internet.

2. Please advise us of a change in your release date. If you are calculating your time of release to be with good time served, please specify that on your application. Your ad will be removed according to the release date or at the end of the 12 month term (unless you renew it), which ever is first.

3. A web page is like any electronic newspaper or magazine with worldwide circulation. However, we cannot and do not guarantee how many responses (if any) you will receive.

4. You may have a friend or relative submit your ad and photo(s) for you and pay the fee. However, only you can cancel the ad and/or make changes once the ad is placed.

5. If you experience more mail than you can handle, please advise us and we can delete or put a hold on your ad until further notice. This will not change the expiration date of ad and it does not warrant a refund of any type.

6. It is unethical to ask your pen pals for money, so please do not do so. If we receive reports of such activities we reserve the right to cancel your pen pal subscription. Please treat all your penpals with respect, the way you wish to be treated.

7. Your name, unit name, DOC# and mailing address will appear directly on the ad. We do not charge for access to this information..

8. Once you have placed this ad there will be no refunds. We also do not offer discounts if your sentence is less than 12 months.

9. The wording in your add will be placed exactly as you specify on your application, with the exception of making spelling corrections. However, we reserve the right to edit, delete, reject, and/or change wording in an ad. No profanity or adult content is permitted. If we discover you sent in a photo that was not of you or have given false information on your application, we will remove your ad.
